• Shipping Details: Your physical delivery address, city, state, and pincode.
• Order Data: Details of the product (Anu Herbs Handmade Hair Oil), quantities, and total amount.
• Payment Identifiers: We do not store your credit card or UPI details. We securely process payments via Razorpay and only store the transaction/order reference IDs (e.g., razorpay_order_id).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for legitimate business purposes:

• To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
• To send essential transactional updates, such as receipts and shipping tracking links.
• If explicitly consented, to send occasional promotional offers (you can opt-out at any time).

3. Data Protection and Storage

Your personal information is securely stored in our backend database (Supabase) protected by strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Only you (when authenticated) and our authorized administrators can access your order history.

4. Your Privacy Rights (Account Deletion)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. You can instantly delete your account from the Security section of your Account dashboard. Upon deletion, we will anonymize your personal information (name, email, phone, and address). However, anonymized transaction records will be retained solely to comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
