Ten years ago, I left my hometown, Indore, with nothing but a dream—to build an identity of my own. Here is how discipline, community service, and a personal Ayurvedic secret became Anu Herbs.
An Athlete's Discipline, A Changemaker's Heart
Ten years ago, I packed my bags and left my hometown of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, with nothing in hand except an unwavering dream: to build an independent life and identity of my own. I relocated to Vadodara, Gujarat, determined to make every day count through sheer hard work, discipline, and purpose.
I pushed my physical and mental boundaries to become a self-defense coach, earned my degree in Sports Science, and discovered a deep passion for fine art. This athletic journey taught me the profound connection between bodily discipline, mental fortitude, and organic botanical nourishment.
Believing that true empowerment begins with inner confidence, I dedicated my life to training more than 20,000 women, LGBTQ+ community members, healthcare workers, and police personnel in self-defense. Through my NGO, Anubhuti charitable trust, we actively work with women and children in need to build safety, livelihood, and self-worth.
I smiled every time because the answer had been a part of my life for over 15 years. It was my own handcrafted blend of 8 Ayurvedic herbs infused in 5 cold-pressed base oils, prepared following classical Ayurveda. It wasn't a product yet—it was my personal daily ritual.

I began sharing small sample bottles with friends, family, and students who struggled with severe hair thinning, stress-induced shedding, and chemical damage. The response was immediate and heartwarming—everyone came back sharing stories of renewed hair vitality and asking for more.
That is how Anu Herbs was born: rooted in personal proof, prepared through patient slow-infusion, and bottled to share the purest gifts of classical Ayurveda with you.
