1. Product Information & Artisanal Nature

Anu Herbs offers authentic, handcrafted Ayurvedic Hair Oil. Because our products are prepared in small artisanal batches with 100% natural, unfiltered botanicals and cold-pressed oils, slight variations in natural color, herbal sediment, or botanical aroma are inherent to our genuine crafting process.

2. Orders, Payments & Strict No-COD Policy

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We accept prepaid online payments only via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, NetBanking, Mobile Wallets). We strictly do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. Strict No Return, No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to personal care hygiene standards and fresh batch processing, we do not accept returns, process refunds, or permit order cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.

4. Dispatch & Fulfillment Timelines

Orders are freshly prepared in artisanal micro-batches and typically dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 3 to 5 business days following courier pickup.

5. Product Usage & Patch Test Disclaimer

Anu Herbs products are formulated with pure botanicals. We always recommend performing a patch test on a small skin area prior to regular scalp application. Discontinue use if allergic reaction occurs.
