Fresh Batch & Hygiene Policy: Because Anu Herbs formulations are artisanal, small-batch personal care hair oils prepared without artificial preservatives, all purchases are processed on a final sale basis with secure prepaid online payments.

1. No Returns

Because our botanical hair oils are personal care formulations made without synthetic preservatives, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed or shipped.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not provide monetary refunds or chargebacks once payment is completed and an order is placed.

3. No Cancellations

Orders are immediately routed to our artisanal preparation and bottling pipeline upon confirmation. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed.

4. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

To ensure high quality control and protect our handcrafted micro-batch inventory, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We only accept 100% secure prepaid online payments processed via Razorpay (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Cards, and NetBanking).

5. Transit Inquiries

If your package arrives physically damaged or leaking due to courier transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing anuherbs24@gmail.com with your Order ID and unboxing photos/videos so our team can evaluate the issue.
